FAQ

What Time Do Sessions Begin?

Lighting is the most important element of a picture, especially being a natural light photographer.

I photograph in gorgeous natural light, usually recommended to begin either early mornings or late

afternoons/early evenings; the start time will depend on the season of the year (i.e. the sun rises earlier and sets later in the spring summer, and rises later and sets earlier in the fall/winter).

Can I Bring My Pets Or Props To My Session?

Yes! Feel free to bring any fun props or your four-legged animals to your session free of charge, but please let me know in advance if you are bringing your pet(s). These are your photos so you can bring any fun props or items with meaning to your session. These can range from holiday props, to your ATVs you like to ride with your partner, a hammock, senior confetti or champagne to pop, etc. Props are not provided for sessions, you must bring your own.

What Should I Wear & Bring To My Session?

I will send you an outfit guide prior to your session date to help with outfit inspiration and tips for all sessions types. You're welcome to ask or send me outfit options if you need help choosing. I suggest bringing your outfits, touch-up makeup, and a brush/comb in a bag to carry. Some clients prefer getting their hair & makeup professional done by a stylist. Your friend, partner, or parent can come along to help with touch-ups, carry your bag, and for support to cheer you on! Please limit your "helpers" to 1-2 people. Cap & gowns are not provided for senior sessions, you must bring all your own props and attire.

How And When Will I Receive My Final Images?

My clients receive, download, and view their images through an online private gallery called Pixieset, with instructions which will allow you to download images to your phone or computer and order prints directly within the gallery link store. The average turnaround for regular portrait galleries is between 1-3 weeks (depending on the season), and for wedding galleries is between 3-6 weeks (depending on the season). The gallery allows easy access for ordering print/canvases, downloading digital images, and sharing with family for personal usage. Session galleries are available online. If you would like to extend your gallery or your images uploaded onto a new gallery in the future there is an archival fee. Client understand it is their responsibility to download and backup their images, it's not the photographer's job to achieve your images after delivery.

Who Owns The Copyrights?

I, being the one who clicks the camera, I own the copyrights as the photographer. You are able to use the

images for personal usage, which is defined and limited to personal social media accounts, decor in the home,

personal cards, etc. The photographs cannot be use for any contests, sales/income, marketing, promotion, or

commercial use. Upon meeting you will sign a model release to release your photos for usage under my website

and social media platforms. If for any reason you are wanting to use your images for anything else, please inform me and we can discuss the details of a separate contract prior to your session.

What If We Need To Reschedule?

There is a $40 reschedule fee for session rescheduled to non-weather related reasons. I'm always checking the forecast to keep my clients updated on weather If the weather is bad leading up to your session, we can reschedule at no cost, upon my availability. For weddings please refer to your the wedding contract agreement. Your deposit still remains non-refundable if a replacement date cannot be set; as soon as I receive your deposit to reserve your session date and time I have to turn other clients away for the same requested date and slot time.

Do You Give Any Unedited Images?

No, and this is not common for professional photographers. My images represent my business brand and photography style in which I only give images that I have edited/retouched and do not give any unedited

images to any clients. All clients are treated equally. The entire editing process takes time to edit, so it's

required that you do not additionally edit the images yourself or add filters. My editing style is timeless, warm,

bright and vibrant. The images you see on my website are what you will similarly receive in exposure, tone, and contrast.

Do You Offer Printed Products?

Prints, canvases, and cards (holiday, graduation invitations or save-the-dates) can be ordered directly within your online gallery store. It is recommended to print within the gallery store for the best possible quality and color result. Other print centers or companies may negatively impact the quality; pixelation, color, etc. Clients are given freedom to print their images anywhere (for personal use only), but I Reynolds Photography does not have any affiliations with other companies nor is responsible if other print companies or centers are not up to standard with quality, coloring, pricing, or if you have issues with another print company's print results. Custom photo albums can be ordered upon request. The album design process is a full service creation by Reynolds Photography and a proof is sent to confirm with you. Many cover options and additions are available
